On Sundays we meet to practice the full primary series of Ashtanga yoga. Practicing in the tradition of the Ashtanga Yoga System will help you to detoxify muscles and organs, improve circulation, and create a calm, steady mind. In this class, we learn to approach the practice with lightheartedness and ease. You will discover the power of putting your focus on breath and bandhas. We will discuss modifications, adjustments, transitions, and advanced options as we go!
